Remember kids, when using text replace to fix an error, Replace All is probably better than just Replace. And look for other versions of the error too.

The above is from an LA Times article on Roland Burris (article link). What I like best is not that they missed changing Baron to Baran everywhere but that it occurs directly under the insert stating that they had made the mistake.
