I haven't updated on this week's progress through the HundredPushup challenge here (though I have been posting on Twitter)
Week 2, Day 1, set of 9, 8, 6, 4 and 7 for a total of 34.
Week 2, Day 2, set of 11, 9, 9, 7 and 10 for a total of 46.
Week 2, Day 3, set of 10, 10, 8, 8 and 10 for a total of 46.
The next big challenge in this particular project is to perform an exhaustion test: as many good form pushups as I can before I can't do another. That will set my pace for the next 2 weeks. It should, however, be better than the 7 I did in the initial test, given that I started off with 10 today.
