I've always enjoyed a good Con. From The Sting to shows like Switch and The Feather and Father Gang (I still can't see of Harold Gould without wondering what devious con he's planning and what guilty party is going to pay), I love a con. When Stefanie Zimbalist teamed up with Pierce Brosnan for Remington Steele, well, I thought they'd found the ultimate con man. I loved The Heist, not just because Brosnan was in it but Tom Skerrit played a great windbag waiting to be pierced and the twist at the end? Priceless.

I mention all of this because today, Google is honoring René Magritte's 110th birthday, and the Google logo looks like this:

And that central o image, from the well known portrait, The Son of Man, is actually a key plot point in the movie The Thomas Crown Affair. Which, while not my favorite  Brosnan movie, is my favorite of his Cons.
